Seaborough Notes
as published in the Broadwindsor News and Beaminster Team News
February 2008
As I write the cold winter is
still with us and Christmas is a memory. We thank Dean David Shearlock for conducting our Christmas Service of
lessons and Carols, our readers, decorators and all who came and contributed to the occasion.
This month we can look
forward and welcome our new Team Vicar, Rev. Sue Symons and her husband Max who will live in Broadwindsor
Vicarage. The Archdeacon of Sherborne will licence Sue Symons on 10th February at 7.30pm in Beaminster. All are
welcome.
We can also welcome a fine
Team Website which is already in use.
Lent comes along on 25th
February with thoughtful times, but also opportunities for lunches and exchanges of views in our neighbouring
parishes.
Happy New Year

Everyone in Seaborough is very sad to hear of the death of Philip Creed who
has been so resilient in fighting his illness for so long. We offer our sincere sympathy and prayers to his
family at this time of great sadness for them.
